Proposed Date: 1st October
Street Closure/Funding: Nancy to apply to the council for street closure and funding

FOOD:
Do we want a BBQ? 
Can we try and contact the East London Sausage company for discounted sausages? 
Bins - we will use the bins in the street for communal use for the day
Things needed - paper plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, bin bags, kitchen roll, bread rolls

DRINK:
People to provide their own
Squash to be provided for kids

FURNITURE:
Possibility of hiring tables from the Methodist Church on Shernhill Street. Volunteers to help carry them and set them up
Bunting
Gazebos
Straw bales

MUSIC:
Need to hire a PA system
DJ/Decks? 
Live music?

ACTIVITIES:
Paddling pool, face painting, activities for kids
Ice cream van? 
Sports events, egg and spoon race, three legged etc. 

MISCELLANEOUS:
First Aid - Andrea has agreed to be the first aider
Photographer?
Do we invite people from other streets?
